How can I order an Invitation Video?
1. Purchase the video that you wish to order.
2. After completing the purchase you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the "Order Form". Complete the order form and upload your photo (s) and music fil (MP3) or select a music you want from our audio library.
3. Once I get all the materials I will start working on your invitation video.
4. Within the next few days, you will receive your first digital draft via email. Feel free to let us know the changes, if any, and we will edit it again and send you for approval.
2 Free revisions are included in the order. If you would like to make extra changes, please purchase the 'Add-on Revision' here.
Our current turnaround time is 5 business days to complete your order.

What languages can I use for the Animated Invitation VIdeo?
We support most languages. You just need to provide the text in the required language. Please note we currently don’t support Arabic and Hebrew alphabet.
I need my video invitation in 2 different languages how can I order it?
We can only include one language per animated invitation video. If you want to have your video invitation in 2 languages, you will need to purchase 2 seperate invitations video. You get a 15% OFF discount for purchasing more than 1 video (you will receive your discount code via email after your 1st purchase).

Can I have different music for my video invitation?
Yes, I can replace the original music in the video with your own music, free of charge. You just need to upload/email me the music file in MP3. You may also pick a different music from our audio library.
Can I have more slides in my video invitation?
If you need extra slides in your video invitation, please purchase this Extra Slide AddsOn. Please select the number of extra slides needed from the panel. If you need 2 extra slides in addition to the current number of slides, select 2.

Can I change the typography of my invitation?
Yes, we have a library of fonts and we can show you some samples to choose from.
How many times of revisions can I make?
Each order includes 2 free revisions. If you need more, you can purchase 'Extra Revisions AddsOn' here.
How do I receive my animated invitation?
You will receive a Video File in MP4 (H264) in High-resolution and multiple smaller file sizes, which is compatible with WhatsApp, email and social media.
Can I send the animated invite via text message (MMS / SMS)?
Due to carrier data capabilities, video invitations cannot be sent as an MMS. MMS will decrease video quality, making it blurry and unreadable at the recipient's end. To send it as a link through MMS, you will need to upload your video to an online platform (ex: Google Drive, Dropbox, etc), and create a link from there to share.
Can I add a clickable link to the animated invitation?
I'm afraid we can't add hyperlinks since video files don't support links yet.
Do you take custom design orders?
Yes. We take custom orders. Email us and send us your ideas or any references you have in mind and we will provide you an immediate quotation.
